The new issue of ‘Light Leaks’ magazine is available now. It’s their ‘Pinhole Special’  and they’ve published one of my photos,  ‘Cobh Water Tower’.

The photo editor for this issue was Brian J. Krummel whose new book ‘The Pinhole Camera‘ has just been published.

Here’s my very first effort of a cyanotype print.  It was made during a weekend course at The Light Exchange in Dublin City. Gum Bichromate was the other alternative process I learned about.

The image is a Pinhole photo taken in Cobh, Co. Cork.

My new site Cuba Obscura is finally finished. It contains a selection of Pinhole prints taken in Cuba during December 06 and January 07. They were printed as Photo Intaglio Etchings.

Cork Printmakers Christmas Showcase begins Wednesday, December 12 and runs until Wednesday 19th, December. A number of my Cuban Pinhole photos will be on sale including the framed piece above. The print on the left is entitled Verja del Ángel and the other, Verja de la Cruz. They are both Photo Intaglio etchings.
